Angry customer

To whom it may concern I am so disappointed with the service we get from your buses it's been two weeks now same experience everyday waiting for a bus for more than one hour. You have to understand that we load the tag for the full month we can't afford taxis so we are forced to wait for the bus and the people working in the station don't even try to help us it's either the bus is full or there are no buses there in your Diepkloof station next to the BP garage
