Angry and disgusted customer

This company does not deserve even a single star rating. Pathetic pathetic! At garden station in commissioner street, this morning 3 women attacked a customer for assisting a school kid who had to load but their service was offline. The lady assisted by spending her own money to open for that child and they made sure she doesn't board the bus again. They call themselves owners of the station. They were swearing at us as customers that we must fotsek they know what they are doing and as long as they are there no one will tell them anything. Please take your staff through counseling they have no respect, empathy and humanity. They must go through customer service classes
