Always offline
I agree the system is always offline. I was once told why don't I load money in my card on time. Another thing is that when the cashier's tell you that the system is offline they say it as if they don't care or it doesn't bother them or they deliberately switch th he system offline. On Sunday around 6pm at Thokoza Park I tried to load money but they said the system is offline while they carelessly carried on with their conversation. Another cause for concern is the bad attitude one receives,it's disgusting. On Sunday while waiting at Thokoza park an old man \tapped\"/ tagged at the station and proceeded to wait for a connecting bus,the young workers called out this old man like his was their friend. He explained that usually the systems in the bus never work and they always tell us to tag at Thokoza park station to avoid penalty. They called him out still,so rude and disrespectful but he follow them. I don't know what happened next because I went into the bus. The toilet situation is also cause for concern especially for elderly people. One old woman was told to tag out,go to the garage opposite Lakeview station then tag in but they won't offer the stuff toilets. "
