Always offline

Their system is always offline, I bought a card from their vendors and every time I want to activate it their system is offline. The worst is that you always find their cashiers or consultants busy on the phone and they respond whilst on their cellphones. It's the most despicable thing that one can do. I understand that the service was meant for poor people in the township but the behaviour of the Rea Vaya staff is very negative, their jobs are just an excuse for job creation, they do not care about customer service and they are not helpful at all. I don't know the training they receive but it surely doesn't hold applicable when they are on duty. This has happened numerous times and I just wish something could be done! This I don't believe applies in a world class African city.
