ALWAYS OFFLINE....

The system is always offline and there are never any single trips available. The self help terminals are useless and are taking up space and you are lucky if Absa ATM's accept your notes. I understand they are expanding the bus routes, how about a little investment on the IT Systems, if not the old manual system will suite them very well and will bring in more sales. I'm 110% sure of that.
