AGENTS LATE FOR WORK OR SYSTEM OFFLINE SAGA.

i believe they should activate the standard bank ATM value load because the stations are useless and so are the agents. the system is always offline or they don't have passwords or worst agents are late for work. I went to Orlando stadium today 18/01/2019 @ 05:45 and the agent was not available then i took taxi to town, i arrived at Library gardens east bout and agent was not there, then i went to to the other side where i am suppose to get C4 and the system was offline agent sent me to Rissik. The security at Rissik says agent is late and its already 6.30 i must go to Harrison, only to find an agent who says she is online but she does not have a password therefore must go to library gardens.....i was ****ed off i told her that i am from that station and she says i should have gone to Park station, SO HOW WOULD I HAVE KNOWN I WILL GET SERVICE AT PARK STATION i was already late so i bought a single trip. someone should deal with this because its much better to load at ATM'S honestly. The securities are so honest, they will tell you the truth that the agent is late or still on lunch for longer than suppose to, while we wait or have to make other means to get to destination.
