Abusive Bus Driver

On the 09/05/2023 around 17:10 i took a bus no' 522, C4 from Cresta mall bus stop. The bus driver did not allow us to tag out before we can tag in. The reason i did not tag out in the morning was because the bus station in Campus Square was not operating. The driver was very rude and told us to get off from the bus and he drove off, and left us there. I escalated the issue with Reavaya using their whatsapp number and they pretended as if they assisting by asking questions. I gave them all the details but they did not give feedback. On the 19/05/2023 i did a follow up with them but they did not respond till to date.
