Abused and Mistreated by BRT Staff

I had the worse experience from the BRT Ticket Personal on Saturday 03/03/2018 at Soccer City. I actually bought a return ticket from the Thokoza Park station to the Soccer City (FNB) Stadium to go and watch a soccer match between Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs and I was given 2 tickets and written number 1 and number 2 with a ball point. When I entered the first station at Thokoza Park they took 1 ticket and used it and when I got at FNB I gave both tickets to the Ticket personal in charge to swipe me out of the bus staion and go tot the stadium and i explained to him that they used 1 ticket at thokoza park and I'm not sure which ticket that is because they are written number 1 and number and he told me that it does not matter which ticket I used, since I am not fami**** with their system I believed him and went on to enjoy the game. My problem started after the game when I got to the station and tried to enter the Bus Terminal and catch a bus back home, when they tried to swipe my both my tickets they both said invalid and i could not enter and the ticket personal said i need to buy a new Ticket to get back home but I told him that I do not have money on me and that I used all the money i had at the stadium because I knew I had a return ticket with me and he told me that I should not make my problem his problem and he called security to come and remove me because I am causing trouble. I was manhandled and removed from the queue, I proceeded to go and ask for the supervisor/Team Leader and he did not even want to speak to me he just kept on swearing at me and said that I am drunk and that they should just remove me in-front of him. I was left there stranded until my neighbor saw me and bought me another ticket to go home. I was hurt and disappointed because I left my car behind and BRT, its a very hard lesson learned and I am not going to use BRT again because I was treated like a ******** and a ****.Please advise as I still have all 3 tickets in my possession.
