a very disgusting service

I'm very disappointed with the service that city of johannesburg or rea vaya is giving T3 buses commuters. I mean we are not using their buses for free .We pay them so that they can transport us to and from work! But what I don't get is why do we have to wait for a bus for the whole thirty minutes every morning while computers of T1 don't even have to wait for their buses.this morning I was waiting for fourty minutes before I could get a bus.why do you have a million buses for one place that doesn't even have alot of commuters and have 2 buses for a place with millions commuters. And this was not the first time I experience such a bad service from rea vaya . another thing please train your guards/staff how to work with your customers. .as far as I know it's our money that we working very hard to get that's paying for their salary. .We want more T3 buses
