a complain

I'm on a wheelchair using a rea vaya bus from lakeview to pimville which is F9 and F10 the wheelchair lift its not working in 80% of their buses . and i'm always late to work because they say the lift is not working. some bus drivers they don't even check that the lift is working or not. Rea Vaya said its wheelchair Accessible but yet i'm always late because the lift not working . i make sure i'm always early to catch the bus that has a working lift
