30 days for refund should your card have a problem

I started using Rea Vaya last week Wednesday, today I get to a station my card is not working apparently the chip is damaged with R400 loaded on the card the consultant is telling me that it's my fault the card is damaged and I can only get my money after 30 days, this is utter nonsense, everything is just not right with this transport system, u get penalised because the previous day their system was not working and the next day u forgot to tag out before u tag in reap off I will never use that bus again in my life, Rea vaya can keep their glorified routes I will sit in traffic with a piece of minf
