Worst service

This is honestly ridiculous. I have to spend my airtime to get through to you guys to update or make changes to my account. I am being billed for something I asked to be canceled last month already. I have asked to speak to manager but it seems like there is none to answer my call. Since joking with RCS is also not helping or even improving your service the only time where one can expect a call from you is when we owe you money but either than that you unable to do anything regarding your account. I don't even get my statements
