I am sorry but this is why when I pay off my *** I will be closing this and I hope who ever sees this will think twice getting this. I have paid my *** in full, never late never less than owing on the installment, always more than I should. Then an unforseen issue arrose and I had to use the *** again. Bare in mind I never skipped a payment, always paid more than I should. I get a phone call today telling me I need to pay my *** and if I will be able to pay the ***. Making out as if I never pay, never on time. Your customer service is pathetic. Be better.
