Very Dissatisfied Client

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Edgars. On February 14, 2025, I purchased a data SIM card that was clearly advertised at R83.00 per month. To my shock and disbelief, R999.00 was deducted from my account on the same day.

I have since visited the store numerous times to demand an explanation and a refund, but your staff have done nothing but send me from pillar to post without offering any real assistance. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund of the incorrect amount that was charged to me
