Unknown VIP Club joined under my name

I sent a complaint that I just noticed that there is +-R269 debited on my account named VIP club that is unknown to me requesting explanation on how was it joined without my knowledge with Sibongile at VIP club enquiries, she just rep**** that I joined it in 2023 oct I think but I’m not answered on how was this joined without my consent with request for refund and cancellation not responded to.
