****ty customer service by cosmetics at Northgate mall

What a ****ty customer service they have at Northgate mall. The lady working by cosmetics side was following around a family which was trying out perfumes, while the till was left unattended. She even saw that people are waiting to be assisted, but still continued to follow the family, and the family was only trying out perfumes.. NOT BUYING... But trying them out. Who the hell follows people around when the people needing the most help are just waiting, waiting to be assisted. What a ****ty customer service there by cosmetics.
