Terrible account management trapping clients

I've paid off the balance for purchases I made on my *** many years ago, although after trying to dispute the ever increasing balance despite regular payments without success. Decided to stop using the *** the *** but continued receiving statements for club and other things they couldn't explain, tried to close the *** and club thing without success the line they call at the shop is forever unanswered. Eventually stopped paying this nonsense and they send my details to credit beauro. Like a death trap you can't get out of....
