Subscription without customer's consent

I opened an Edgars account and when I received the statement I discovered I'm also paying mobile content subscription blue label of which I did not agree to. I reported the matter last year and I was **** to that the subscription has been canceled and was promised to be refunded, until today nothing has been done. I keep on calling and sending mails but the matter is still not yet resolved.
