Statements needed

In 2021 november I bought clothes of R4800 at adgars i'langa mall,my surprise is that by july 2022 I was owing them an amount of R10500,which means back to january2022 maybe I was owing R12000 or more.no one want to give clarity as to why the money got to that amount
