08 Oct 2025, 14:38Settled my account in December. Took 3 months to allocate the funds on my account. Now they are unwilling to write of the interest they charged on their error. If i ask for assistance they tell me that i don't have a settlement letter. It takes moths per query all they have to do is write of the interest and close the account. They can only do one action at a time. Wish they had an actual Credit manager that knows how to reconcile an account. So frustrated.
