Restore Credit Balance

I usw my debit card to buy in Edgars 16th August then i. Told i have used theor card

I SENT proof I have made many calls i keep getting promised it will be reversed. I sent emails and make a call again last week.

Also in the Shop i made a call as this was a concern i needed to pay my installment but i Cannot pay while my credit is not re instate
