RCS/Edgars

I have had an account with Edgars for 30 years and have never had any issues. Since RCS have taken over the collections I have had problems. I have both my monthly payments, much more than I should, and now they cannot find the money. I get calls from different departments so clearly one does not speak to the other. I would not recommend anybody takes a loan with RCS as clearly they do not know how to manage their debtors. It is sad to see that Edgars allows this type of treatment of their long standing customers.
