RCS/Edgars are ********s

I am a loyal card holder with Edgars for more then 20 years now and I am very angry and dissapointed in their ******** activities...

In 2021 their were putting accident covers and funeral covers on my account, without my consent to the amount of over R2000 and the refunded me after an investigaion..

Now AGAIN they have put other things on my account, without my CONSENT again to the amout over R800.. They think we are stupid and will just pay..

I want to know who did it.. The said the will phone me within 72 hours, but it is already 5 days past..

I want to terminate my account as alot of people already did.. Im sick and tired of them now and I am sure they did it to alot of accound holders
