RCS/EDGARS

Okay my experience with RCS EDGARS it is very bad because at first I was paying my edgars account so well and I even pay it using EFT.but when I go to edgars store and make payment the installment doesn't go down then I think 4 months back I decided to go to vaal mall and ask the cashier what is my balance I want to settle it then she told me that it is R375 by that time.and they I payed that R375 to settle it and my account was zero balance.but today I receive a call from RCS and I receive an sms that says I owe them R140 you Edgars since partnering with RCS their service is very poor.and Earlier this year I paid edgars using EFT they says that didn't not reflect and I didn't get a refund I went to store and pay double using EFT and Cash at the same time.please help me.
