Rcs Edgars changing agreement like they please without consent

This must be the most useless company ever. My account is 30 years old when RCS took over there were no new agreement signed, therfore the 1995 agreed terms are still valid, NO FEE NO INTREST account. I settled this account twice in the last 3 months and the next month there will be interest and account protection charged on a R0 balance and then also fees. I also get listed on credit bureau as in arrears when the balance is R0. I dont want anything to do with you at all anymore.
