RCS and Edgar's

I finished paying my Edgar’s account in Dec 2021. I even overpaid it. I received statements for the most part of 2022/3 reflecting the the zero balance. Since August 2023 statements stopped and appeared this year claiming i have an outstanding balance. When I settled the account I received the letter confirming this, but i have sent this to RCS numerous times but to date have not received any assistance. Instead i get harassed by them and Blake for the amount I don’t owe. My emails are ignored, the Edgars store couldn’t assist. I heard horror stories about RCS before but now I’m certain I don’t want to own any card under RCS. I could settle the amount but as a matter of principle,RCS cannot be allowed to **** me for a debt I don’t have. I will not take this matter through a legal process as it appears no one from RCS has any interest in resolving this matter.
