Poor service

On the 10/01/2025 bought school shoes for girls ,the shoe was small size for my girl,on the 18/01/2025 went to Exchange the shoe for the right size and was helped by Thembakazi cashier ,who insisted the shoe had been worn ,yes it was worn in the house as she was fitting in the shoe,she asked to call he manager by the name Shanez who proudly said they are not exchanging the shoe because it was worn. I no longer want an exchange ,I want refund ,as it is still within 30 days of purchase.
