Pathetic service

Horrible customer service. My mother paid off her account in 2022 then in 2024 they came back and said the account wasn't closed and she had to pay R641 so she did theafter they are now coming back and saying that the account is still owing R550 so a 67 year old woman should constantly be paying for nothing when they haven't settled tje account in 2022, this is ridiculous and I am taking this to the ombudsman
