Pathetic customer experience

I'm so disappointed with your service after being a loyal customer for years the experience I got is really pathetic. A month has passed now without any communication from you guys since you asked me to send my proof of banking because I was selected as one of the people who won the competition you ran on July. I have sent you guys numerous emails however I only get replies from auto replies. Your complaints department abd customer service department are not delivering any services to us I will never recommend anyone to you because they wont get help in times of need,month end I'm settling my account I'm done with you guys
