This matter is supposedly still under investigation, yet I am now being hounded for large sums of money — including intrusive calls to my workplace landline, which is completely unacceptable.

Let me be very clear:

I did not take out these policies.

The account was closed.

The matter is under investigation — yet I'm being contacted and harassed as though I owe a valid debt, which I do not acknowledge.

You are hereby instructed to:

Cease all contact via my workplace landline immediately.

Provide a full breakdown of these alleged charges and copies of any documentation that proves I authorized these policies.

Confirm that my details will not be submitted to any credit bureau pending the outcome of the investigation.

Failure to resolve this matter promptly will leave me no choice but to escalate it to the relevant regulatory authorities, including the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) and the Credit Ombud.

I expect written confirmation of your receipt of this complaint and the steps you will be taking within 48 hours.
