***** on my Edgard account

Good Day,

I have notice that im charged Blue Label R59 x4 that im was not aware of what is it and why? Called Edgars on the 20/08/24 to query and was transfer to Blue Lable i cancel and requast refund, was given Ref no: for both transaction to be done. Ref no: *** & *** assisted by Kaylee.

Called during September to check was told cancelation is done, but refund waiting for Manager to authorise. I have received October statment to realise that im changed again by Blue Label R 59 x9 in October.

theres ***** happening in my account and i need help urgently. Edgard just transfer you to blue Lable.
