Hi I have an Edgars account of which I pay each and every month, to my surprised I received an email, sms and calls from consultant telling me that I missed a payment for the month of September, I did pay using OZOW and even sent proof of payment using the email address ( ***) and my email address ( ***, and I spoke to several consultant telling me they received proof of payment and as well as my copy of id and the last consultant I spoke too last week Friday by the name of Chelsie she said all documents are there, by Saturday everything will be sorted,

Kindly assist because my name is on arrears, of which I paid my September instalment.
