MISSING ITEM

I bought a cellphone recently from Edgar's,it an online order on the adverti*****t they stated that I will receive a free power bank .I was impressed about the offer went through with the purchase and it was delivered when I opened the package the power bank was no there. I went ahead and sent Edgar's an email showed them the photo of their adverti*****t,they have been lying to me saying they got the power bank from the manufacturer and they are about to send it to me and now I found out they are **** .And to show that they are just bunch of ****mers after I told them that the item was missing they quickly removed it from their online page to make me look like a maniac however I do have proof of my claims
