Mess!!!

Actually here to because I have an issue with RCS Jet- blue label,....disgusted that my over 60 year old mom has to use the USSD to buy electricity because it's convenient but received no voucher for the electricity because blue label says they did not receive the money when they money came off my mom's account...instead of just resending a voucher that should have been sent in the 1st place, we have to wait for a JET statement that will only be avaliable in June, just to get something she has paid for?.....
