2020 I settled my account since then asking for a settlement letter and the account to be closed. last month they sent me a bill for R127.00. After investigating they sent an email that this account will be closed and the R127.00 will be written off. today again I got a bill that i owe them R127.00. I have been begging for this account to be closed for 6 years already. now i owe again after they admitted that they will remove the balance and close the account
