I have been paying for Insurance on a cellphone since 2021 the amount of R110.09 as per IUA insurance this was a blackberry I purchased. Kindly send my confirmation when I purchased this phone and signing for the Insurance as I do not recall purchasing this item. I have now cancelled the insurance. Kindly cancelled on your books and advise.
