Shocking experience with Edgar's/RCS last time i bought on this account was in 2021 it is now 2025 and they say I still owe them R4128.10 but the account is a 6 month account and my account was on monthly debt order. I have been trying to resolve this issue since the end of 2023, I have even taken a 2 hour drives to Edgar's Gateway twice, to get help and twice Gateway has logged a complaint with RCS and both times no one has come back to me, RCS even phones me weekly for payment and every week I tell them my story and i will not pay till someone gives me answers and every week they tell me that they have logged a complaint and someone will get back to me from the complaints department, I have still not heard from anyone one with my answers beside the weekly calls asking me to pay my account.

I have received a email saying that I've been handed over to external debt collectors. I have gone out of my way to have this resolved, I have sent how many emails made how many calls got reference numbers and RCS/Edgar's just don't seem to care
