Interest -In duplum rule

I have queried interest charges on an amount on the 6 month plan, dating back to 2023 and being charged interest. It seems as though AI is writing their responses because the lat 3 said the same thing in different ways , but making NO effort to resolve the issue. My next step is the consumer ombudsman.
