Insurance Block on Edgars Account

Good day

I have cancelled insurance claim on my edgars account, and i have been notified by Hollard Insurance yesterday that the claim was cancelled and Voided, as the claim was never processed neither approved. I was notified by Hollard that the G BLOCK needs to be removed on my RCS EDGARS account, EDGARS sends me from Pillar to Post referring me back to Hollard to remove the G Block, Insurance company says that RCS Edgars needs to remove the block as there was no Insurance claim processed neither approved, i requested the insurance company to cancel the claim which was done, please can someone assit, i am going to pay my account and keep it active, this is the Insurance block that needs to be removed, please can someone assist me
