*****ing money from customers

they are *****ing R179 from my account, the linked account that i never signed any contract with them MOBILE CONTENT SUBSCRIPTION BLUE LABEL. They want me to sent them a statement so that they can reverse the money from, firstly where did they get my details as POPI act of SA they need to get my authority that they did not even call and spoke to me, so called EDGARDS is allowing them to ***** from me. So pathetic, i am so annoyed.
