Inappropriate service

Priscilla mall of Africa gave don't come back service on the 21 Nov after 17:00. I waited for more than 15 min exchanging dress and toddler shoes without a slip. I ask her to trace using either edgars acc or club card, she said is impossible. While I was trying to check one cashier made a remark " saze sa velwa" they all laughed and Pricilla adding to that. The short light skin lady who was authorizing was there and joined the nonsense. She helped me anyway but what was the delay for?
