Horrible customer service

Bad customer service, I called Edgards in Mall of Africa asking about a shoe I am interested in buying. I was told to call at 11am when the people from department are there so their shift starts at 11. I have been calling for an hour now and nobody is picking up. The shoe I am looking for my size is almost out of stock and i need this shoe to be set aside, but nobody is picking up the phone.
