Horrible customer service

I'm complaining on behalf of my sister We went to Edgars Westgate We where assisted by Mampho We wanted to check the balance in the card, they can't even check the balance on regards card We had to phone head office just to check the balance I don't know why Edgars is having the poor customer service, just to check the balance you need to have phone for approval I truly believe that we are in a twentieth century why do have to make life so difficult for customers And the Mampho from shop was so impatient with us and having an attitude Can you make our life easy as customers My sister's name is Lindiwe Thloele
