Hopeless

Worst customer service! Store consultant in Edgars blue Route was brilliant but the customer service telephonically, which is the only way to do things, might I add, is PATHETIC!! 1.5HRS WAIT TO CHANGE A CELLPHONE NUMBER TO VERIFY A CARD AND IM STILL NOT ASSISTED! Waste of ****ing time.
