Harassment by Edgars store

I feel harassed my the Edgars group,I opened an account last year around September or October and since then I haven't used it,I was surprised that they debited an amount of R280 from bank account made a follow up to ask what was the amount for I was taken from pillar to post until I was told the money was for the Edgars club,so I was still surprised as I didn't join it

I was told that there will be an investigation regarding that and if really I didn't sign up for that refund will be sent back to my account, then as I made a second follow up they said there's a recording that I agreed to join and I was then asked which day will be suitable for me and the time I told them

On the day indeed the recording was played for me,but it didn't have any part we're I agreed to join,I even told the agent who was playing it that there no where I agreed so why wasn't I payed back my money she couldn't give me a satisfactory answer

Then I thought it was the end of it,now they have been sending and calling me saying I have an outstanding balance of R428 which I still don't know what is it for and the last caller who called me I told her I will not be paying that amount as I haven't taken anything or even used my account, now I feel I am being harassed by Edgars and they will be tarnishing my name as a bad payer for the future, I would like to be assisted please
