Ghost arrears

I paid my arrears and outstanding in Sept/Oct 2024 and informed the lady to close the account and after a month or 2 edgars was not on my credit profile showing that it was closed . March 2025 they have the liver to send an email and sms saying i owe R143 and i lost the card more that a year ago and to my knowledge the account is closed but only now it shows on my profile on credit profile, can they remove this or i am going to the ombudsman , this is affecting my credit profile and will affect my chances of getting a job and or buying a car
