Exploitative tactics and Aloofness towards the Client

I have a dispute towards this company charging me for nothing I have purchased. They continue to ignore my pea and increase their interest on my my account which I have not made any purchases on. They insist I didn't close my account but I had no intention of yet they still ignore my plea to explain about their charges as I will not be there to pay for ghost purchases. I want to close my account but after the matter has been settled and they still ignore this matter and the continued to harrass me without a fair settlement and clarity of what I am paying for.

I would like for clarity and fairness towards my consumer rights and as a responsible citizen who deserves fairness and respect.

I will respect your request as well and I am willing to exert the Sam response towards giving fairness and respect.

I am not running away or avoiding payment but I want clarity as to what am I paying for.
