Edgars/RCS horrible unprofessional service

Disgusting service from RCs. I have queries on my edgars account. Made 4 calls to rcs. They just drop the line while you are talking to them. From client services to management. Their service is horrible. There is one thing they are excellent at and that is putting the phone down while you are speaking with them. The cust service people are so *********** each one gives you a different story. And when you speak to management they have no record of aby calls or emails goinf between you and them. Be very careful if you consider getting an edgars account. Oh an btw i dont owe them any money my acc is on 0.00
