Edgars saying I'm owing whilst I paid up 2yrs ago

I have paid up my account 2yrs ago I keep on recieving sms saying I'm owing edgars I have even requested a letter to say I owe them not though I still recieve sms saying pay which annoys me to core I will just cancel the account once for my peace
