Edgars robbing customers!

Edgars bills me an installment of R833 on a balance of R3500. I paid R400, today I get a call from Sherlina at RCS who tells me R1110 is due within 2hrs. I asked her did she calculate that and she says she does not know, Edgars does the calculations. She informed me she is unable to help and I must contact Edgars. Why the heck is RCS contacting me with such *********** agents? This debt collector knows nothing! Absolutely pathetic customer care. Sort out your books!!! It's no wonder your business has dropped standards.
